Bachelorette winner Lee headed back to reality TV
WHEN it comes to reality TV, Lee Elliot proved long ago how strong of a competitor he can be after he stole the heart of Georgia Love on the last season of The Bachelorette.
And, if you were missing your weekly TV fix of the Melbourne tradie, you're in for a treat as it was today announced the heart-throb is heading to this season of The Block.
A spokeswoman confirmed to news.com.au that Lee will make a brief appearance on the hit renovation show, returning to his tradie roots as a plumber to help the contestants meet their near-impossible deadlines.
Channel Nine also confirmed that fitness guru and star of The Bachelor season three Sam Wood is heading to the renovation show.
Wood, who announced he was expecting his first child with fiance Snezana Markoski in May, will appear on The Block to train Elyse Knowles, one of the show's celeb contestants.
Knowles, who will compete on the show with her carpenter boyfriend Josh Barker, has modelled for the likes of Guess and Billabong and boasts over 600,000 followers on Instagram.
And Knowles and her boyfriend aren't the only couple with celebrity status competing on The Block this season.
Former NRL star Clint Amos, 34, and his wife Hannah will tackle their first renovation on the series.
The 13th season of The Block Australia continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on Channel 9.
