Moloko Homes making dreams

WHEN it comes to building your new home, it's hard to beat Moloko Homes - quite literally.

The local construction company has taken out the Display Home $251,000- $300,000 honours at the Master Builders Awards for Mackay and Whitsunday.

"We're always proud of the whole team when we pick up the awards from Master Builders,” director Gavin Smith said of their 10th award.

"It's a good reflection on our staff.”

After nine years running the business, Mr Smith said they were loyal to their local staff and contractors.

"We know that their workmanship is of a good quality,” he said.

"We're definitely big supporters of local business, both suppliers and trades.”

This adherence to quality craftsmanship has shone through in their work as well, with the finished product taking top priority.

"There's no cutting corners with us,” Mr Smith said.

"It's about delivering a quality product to the market and being able to be proud of our work.”

There's more to come from Moloko just around the corner as well, with a new set of floor plans about to hit the market.

But in the meantime, Mr Smith had a message for their many clients and quality suppliers.

"We want to say a big thank you to all our trades and suppliers, as well as our home owners who trust us to build their homes,” he said.
